Workshop goal: to present 10 educational packages in English, prepared by Polish scientists in ERIS project and to train teachers how to use them effectively in the classroom

Target audience: STEM teachers from secondary schools (teaching pupils aged 13-19) with English understanding

Workshop Description:

During the workshop, short presentation of ERIS project will be followed by information on 10 educational packages prepared by scientists from the Institute of Ge

ophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences. Teachers will get information how to find them and how to use them in the classroom. Packages are dedicated to following topics: Glaciers, UV radiation, Earthquakes, Meteorological measurements in the Arctic and Earth’s magnetic field. At least two topics – e.g. UV radiation and Meteorological measurements in the Arctic – will be presented in a more detailed way with practical training.
